In association with professional event organisers, we will respond to your inquiry
within 72 hours with a firm proposal, including rates and availability.
You will be met on arrival by your personal conference manager who will go through
the day's proceeding and be your contact for the day.
Your conference room and all pre-ordered audio visual equipment will be set up
by the pre-agreed start of your event.
